A mini sheath and a detachable overskirt train

Orchid is two looks in one dress. The base is a mini sheath of smooth dense fabric: a corset with a deep neckline and a sheer insert holds its shape on its own, and the skirt sits close on the hip and ends high. Over it, a detachable overskirt fastens at the waist: two panels part at the front, open the legs as you walk and flow behind in a long wave - in motion it flies after you, and when you stand still it settles on the ground in a wide circle.

With the train the dress reads as a full bridal gown - a high-slit silhouette drawn in light along the smooth fabric. Without it you are left with a cocktail mini and a strict corset - for dancing, the restaurant, the second day. The change takes a second and needs no help: the waistband comes off in one movement.

A dress for a shoot by the water and open spaces where the train has room to unfold, and for an evening that ends in dancing. Made to your measurements: we fit the corset, set the mini length, the train length and the depth of the neckline. The shade is chosen from cool white to warm ivory.

We name the price of the work at the consultation, once the design is clear. Fabrics and trims are bought separately and itemised, so you can see how the price adds up. The final figure is fixed in the contract before the work begins.

### Can the design be changed

Yes. We make any model in your size, or take it as a starting point and build your own look - all the way to a sketch from scratch.

### Where the fittings happen

In our atelier at 50I Ligovsky Prospekt, St Petersburg. The consultation, the measurements and every fitting happen in person, by appointment.
