# Personal data policy

*This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The atelier operates under the law of the Russian Federation, and in case of any discrepancy the Russian version of this Policy prevails.*

## 1. General

This Policy sets out how the personal data of users of the website https://en.freyawedding.ru (the "Site") is processed and protected, and is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data". By using the Site and submitting data through its forms, the user confirms their agreement with this Policy.

## 2. The operator

The operator of personal data is Individual entrepreneur Maria Butakova (the atelier "FREYA", website https://en.freyawedding.ru), OGRNIP 323723200096292, INN 722514799193, registered 15.11.2023.

## 3. What data we process

Through the request forms on the Site the user provides:

- a name;

- a telephone number;

- a comment, the wedding date and any other details the user gives voluntarily.

In addition, technical data may be collected automatically when the Site is visited: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and the source of the visit - by means of cookies and web analytics services (section 9).

## 4. Purposes of processing

- contacting the user about the request they left, consulting and arranging an order;

- agreeing the terms of bespoke tailoring;

- improving the Site and analysing traffic (in anonymised form).

## 5. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out on the basis of the user's consent, expressed when a form is submitted, and for the performance of a contract to which the user is a party.

## 6. Storage periods and conditions

Personal data is processed no longer than the purposes of processing require, or until the user withdraws their consent. Once the purposes are achieved, or after consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted. The operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access.

## 7. Transfer to third parties

The operator does not sell or pass personal data to third parties, save where this is necessary to fulfil a request and in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Web analytics data is processed by the respective services under their own rules.

## 8. The user's rights

The user has the right to:

- obtain information about the processing of their data;

- demand that data be corrected, blocked or deleted;

- withdraw consent to processing by writing to info@freyawedding.ru.

## 9. Cookies and web analytics

The Site uses cookies - small files that the browser stores on the visitor's device.

**Technical cookies** are needed for the site to work: they remember the login to the control panel and display settings. Without them some functions stop working.

**Analytics and advertising cookies** are set by services connected to the site:

- Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) - traffic statistics, sources of visits, behaviour on pages. Policy: yandex.ru/legal/confidential. You can opt out of being counted at yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html;
- the VK Ads pixel (VK LLC) - measuring the effectiveness of advertising and showing ads to those who have already visited the site. Policy: vk.com/privacy.

These services receive an anonymised visitor identifier, IP address, information about the device and browser, and the pages viewed. The operator uses their statistics in aggregate form and does not match it with the data a visitor has left in a request form.

You can refuse cookies in your browser settings - block them entirely or delete those already stored. Technical cookies will then be disabled too, and forms may not work correctly.

## 10. Changes to the Policy

The operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
