How a dress comes to be
From the first sketch to the last fitting - beside you
You only need to tell us how you want to see yourself. The patterns and darts are our concern. Your dress will take shape in front of you: the sketch, the fabric, the silhouette, the fittings. We name the price and the date before the work begins and put both in the contract.
Meeting and sketch
You talk and show, we listen and draw. By the end of the meeting your dress has a face - a sketch.
Patterns and cutting
We cut a pattern to your measurements, from a blank sheet. Together we choose the fabric and the lace - there are over 250 of them here.
2-3 fittings
Every fitting is a stage of its own in building a dress that answers to your body.
The finished dress
Finishing, steaming, packing. The dress is ready before the date - the deadline and the price are fixed in the contract.

Artistry in every detail
Lace is born from thousands of stitches, flowers gain their volume petal by petal, and beads and pearls settle into the embroidery like precious accents. We choose premium materials to keep the dress alive, fluid and weightless - the way it should be.

Where is the FREYA atelier and can I come for a fitting?
Our atelier is in St Petersburg, at 50I Ligovsky Prospekt. You are welcome here for the consultation, the fittings and the finished dress, by appointment.
How much does a bespoke wedding dress cost?
The price is built around your dress: the cut, the fabric and how elaborate the detailing is. Fabrics and haberdashery are counted separately, so you can see what makes up the cost. We name the price at the consultation and fix it in the contract before the work begins.
How long does tailoring take?
From 10 calendar days. Write to us or leave a request and we will confirm the exact timing for your dress.
Is a deposit required and how does payment work?
We work under a contract with a fixed price. Every detail is agreed before the work starts. The deposit is 50%, the balance is due when the finished garments are handed over. There is no online payment on this site - all settlements happen only after the contract is signed. You can be certain your look will be ready on time, at a clear and honest price.
Can you repeat a dress from your portfolio or sew to my own sketch?
Either way. Any model from our collection can be made in your size or taken as a starting point for a look of your own. Or come for a consultation and we will draw your own sketch, gather references and create a dress no one else has.
